Chief Executive Officer & Country Executive - ABN AMRO (Guernsey) Limited
Graham has worked for the Bank for 25 years, and has an extensive financial background in the Island having worked within the local finance industry for all of his career. Graham is particularly experienced in operations management and banking systems with a constant focus on delivering superior client services.
Graham has been a Director of the Bank since 2003 and became Managing Director in 2006.

FCCA - Chief Financial Officer
Paul has over 25 years experience in private banking and joined the Company in 1995, initially as Compliance Manager. Following this role he was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer before moving over to become Head of Banking Operations. Paul was appointed to the Board of the Bank in January 2003. His current position of Chief Financial Officer has responsibility for Finance, ALM, and Human Resources.
Prior to joining the Company, Paul worked 10 years for the Guernsey subsidiary of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in the Finance and Operations area. Before this, he was a civil servant working in the Treasury Department.

Chief Risk Officer
Andy Graham has worked in the Finance Industry for 28 years, starting his Career with National Westminster Bank in the UK. In 1991 Andy was working at NatWest Head Office and was seconded to NatWest Finance, part of Coutts and Co, and transferred to Guernsey. After 5 years he moved to Credit Suisse, which he left at the end of 2000 to join the Company.
Andy initially worked in the Credit and Risk area when he joined the company, which soon became Risk alone. At the start of 2007 Andy took up a role as the Director of Risk Management, and was quickly offered a Head Office Risk role based out of Guernsey, responsible for Risk Management for Commercial and Private Banking for the UK, Asia and Guernsey. Within 9 months this role changed to Global Head Risk Management for Fortis Intertrust, after a restructuring of business lines.
In 2009 Andy rejoined the local Management Team at Director level to oversee the Integration with the Company and then the separation from Fortis Intertrust, while also taking up a more general Director role in the Support Services area.

Chief Operating Officer
Mike has worked in the Finance Industry in Guernsey for 20 years with a background predominantly in Credit Risk and Operations. Having joined the Company in 2000 Mike has gained wide experience in a variety of roles and projects including heading the Credit, Risk Management and Operations functions. First appointed to the Management Team in 2007, Mike is Chief Operating Officer and has direct responsibility for the Operations and IT within the bank.
Mike is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), ACI Forex, Chartered Insurance Institute and IFS School of Finance with a range of qualifications including the Investment Administration Qualification and Advanced Certificate in Operation Risk from the CISI and the IFS Advanced Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice.
