Training and Development 

We are fully committed to providing our employees with the development opportunities they require in order to realise their full potential.  Our HR team works closely with employees to source the right training and development programmes from courses in soft skills to supporting staff through their professional studies.     

We also offer a comprehensive Induction programme which provides all new employees with an insight into the various departments and relevant information on the Bank in order to give them the best possible start in their career at ABN AMRO (Channel Islands) Limited.

Corporate Social Responsibility  

We have a Corporate Social Responsibility committee which consists of various staff members from the bank who meet on a regularly basis. Our main objective is to help local smaller based charities on the island and see ways of being able to help them whether that be with volunteers to help out or funding for the charity.
